These shots were taken when working as extras for the BBC film 'Hunting Venus'. Martin Clunes plays former pop-star turned con artist Simon Delancey, who is kidnapped by two fans of his eighties band the Venus Hunters, and blackmailed to re-form the band for one final show. The film was released in March 1999.

In 1996 the Sky TV series 'Hit Mix' included a programme that featured the new romantics and eighties music. Steve Strange and Martin Fry were interviewed for the programme, and four Electric Dreams regulars were used to model new romantic fashions.
